Ms. Hou Ying possesses extensive legal experience and a deep understanding of enterprise management systems, both domestic and international trade processes, and financial systems. She is proficient in guiding enterprises through the complexities of foreign trade compliance, helping financial personnel prepare various anti-dumping data forms and respond effectively to on-site verification by investigating authorities. Her expertise has enabled numerous clients to achieve zero or minimum tax rates.

Additionally, Ms. Hou Ying has represented the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) in responding to anti-subsidy investigations initiated by other countries. She has a wealth of experience in negotiating, communicating, and collaborating with government officials and legal representatives across various nations.
